Park: Open and large land area preserved in its natural state for recreational use.

Caravan Park operations cater for a range of holiday makers from:

"Annuals": People who leave their Caravan in a park on a semi permanent basis, paying an annual fee; people towing Caravans wanting a site; people wanting to rent a van or a cabin.

Some parks have "Permanents": People living permanently in vans usually with annexes.

Of course there are "Campers": People wanting to pitch a tent for a day or a week or so!
